Biography:

A native of Baltimore and graduate of the University of Maryland ( BS in Education for Industry), Henry has been a resident of Lancaster since the early 1970’s. He has 20 years of experience in manufacturing supervision and leadership. He found, that his greatest satisfaction came from seeing others develop and succeed. This led him to start his own business in the human resource development field.

Henry has facilitated learning programs for many organizations in both the private and public sectors. He has also coached individuals and his focus is on personal performance improvement. Henry has presented programs dealing with team building, problem solving, communication, conflict management and Stephen Covey’s 7 Habits. He has addressed groups as small as five and as large as one hundred.

He is a member of the American Society for Training & Development, the Reading Area Trainers Organization, and the Management Association of York County. He is a volunteer on committees of the Lancaster Campaign and the Arthritis Foundation. He also volunteers as a mentor for graduates of ASSETS, a Division of MEDA.
