OPPE Consulting is a

Training &
Development
Pre-Departure Planning seminars are customized
for a group or individuals who will expatriate. The purpose is to examine cultural values
and customs; explore the practical aspects of daily living; develop and coalesce skills to
effectively communicate across cultures. Seminars

Orientation sessions provide logistical and
cultural assistance to foreign nationals in the US.
Repatriation training is for executives and
families returning to the home country. The purpose is to facilitate the
"reverse" adjustment period; demonstrate how the international experience
acquired can be used to fully benefit the repatriated employee and the organization.
