Mary Pellak is President of Pellak Consulting Network. Mary has 20 years of experience in organizational development and training. Her background is in the professional development of individuals and teams in pharmaceutical, manufacturing, retail and nonprofit organizations. She is also a respected career development coach. She has worked internally for Aventis Pharmaceuticals (formerly Rhône-Poulenc Rorer), a global pharmaceutical company, and for Parents Network, a nonprofit organization. Mary holds a Masters Degree in Training and Development from Penn State and a Bachelors Degree in Organizational Management from Eastern University. She earned the Overall Achievement Award at Penn State. Her professional certifications include Achieve Global (Zenger Miller), Myers Briggs Type Inventory, LIFO, and FIRO-B. She is an active member of the American Society for Training and Development and of the International Society for Performance Improvement. Mary has been published in OfficePro and Performance Improvement, and is an invited speaker for professional organizations such as TEMPO and ASTD. She is an adjunct faculty member of Eastern University, St. Davids, PA, and serves as an advisor to Montgomery County Community College.
Morreen Rukin Bayles, a Principal in Pellak Consulting Network, brings over 15 years of experience in the training field. Her background is in restaurant, retail and corporate settings. She has developed and facilitated training programs for managers and employees in the food service, hospitality, grocery, and customer service industries. Her interventions include programs to develop management skills and initiatives to improve operational efficiencies. Morreen holds a Masters Degree in Training and Development from Penn State. She is an active member of the International Society for Performance Improvement and ASTD. Morreen believes training should be enjoyable, and is known for her fun approach to learning. In her spare time, Morreen volunteers with the American Cancer Society and Big Brother/Big Sister.
